A downtown observation area where you can enjoy the sky and panoramic views while savoring the breeze with the heart left free to reach out to the future.

Enjoy the sky and panoramic views
The 40th top floor of the floating garden and the rooftop are the Floating Garden Observatory where you can enjoy the sky and panoramic views. Deserving its fantastic name, the observation facilities display the maximum attractiveness of a skyscraper in a city. In particular, the rooftop is open to the whole sky commanding 360-degree panoramic views in a horizontal direction, enabling visitors to enjoy downtown dynamic views that are without parallel in any other place.

Views of the downtown area in Osaka and spectacular night view
The south side on the 40th floor of the Floating Garden Observatory is a place that commands a view of a cluster of high-rise buildings in the Osaka downtown area. It is only the floating garden of Umeda Sky Building that commands close panoramic views of the ever-changing area surrounding JR Osaka station. Of course, famous symbols of Osaka such as the donjon of Osaka Castle and the distant shape of Tsutenkaku can be picked out easily.
The night view is a spectacular ocean of light. The lights twinkle in shades of white, orange, and blue swaddling the romantic world of couples at night.
